You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements to use this Service. If registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.


3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  4. You must notify GlintSMS immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Sending unsolicited or spam messages
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications
  • Phishing, scamming, or impersonation
  • Hate speech, threats, harassment, or abusive content
  • Adult, obscene, or illegal material
  • Political messaging that violates Nigerian laws or regulations
  • Messages promoting illegal products or services
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws, NCC regulations, or telecom operator rules

GlintSMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice.


5. CONSENT REQUIREMENT

You must obtain prior consent from recipients before sending messages. You are responsible for maintaining proof of opt‑in where required by law.


6. MESSAGE CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

GlintSMS acts solely as a transmission platform. You are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all messages sent using your account.


7. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  1. The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis unless otherwise agreed.
  2. All payments are non‑refundable once credits are used.
  3. Prices may change without prior notice due to telecom operator adjustments.
  4. Unused credits may expire after a period specified on your dashboard.

8. DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

GlintSMS does not guarantee message delivery. Delivery may be affected by:

  • Recipient network issues
  • Device availability
  • Do‑Not‑Disturb (DND) restrictions
  • Telecom filtering or regulatory controls
  • Force majeure events

Delivery reports indicate submission status, not guaranteed receipt.


9. DND AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

You acknowledge that Nigerian telecom operators may block messages to numbers registered on Do‑Not‑Disturb lists. GlintSMS is not liable for such non‑delivery.


10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may cause downtime.


11. API USAGE

  1. API access is provided for integration purposes.
  2. You must secure your API keys at all times.
  3. Abuse of the API may result in suspension.

12. DATA PRIVACY

GlintSMS will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Nigeria. We do not sell user data to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.


13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, trademarks, logos, and content related to the Service remain the property of GlintSMS. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.


14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

GlintSMS may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law or regulators
  • Your activities pose risk to the platform or telecom networks

Remaining credits after termination may be forfeited in cases of abuse.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlintSMS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Message delays or non‑delivery
  • Unauthorized account access beyond our reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for unused credits.


16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlintSMS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


17. FORCE MAJEURE

GlintSMS shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power failure, or telecom outages.


18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.


19. CHANGES TO TERMS

GlintSMS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
